escaping tooth pain is P.M. or preventative maintenance. Brush your teeth after meals. Use wheat grass juice to
clean up your mouth after eating.
Or even better than that, rinse your mouth with hydrogen peroxide 3% solution to kill the bacteria in your mouth
that start the whole tooth decay process in the first place. It's the bacteria in your mouth that are allowed to
roam freely and create plaque that create the layer of film you feel on your teeth if you haven't brushed for a
bit. You'll be pleasantly surprise to find how fresh and clean it makes your whole mouth feell.
